Overview
We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at IEX. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of HR and Recruitment, helping us deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our recruiting process, onboarding new hires, and coordinating programs like our internship program.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Recruiting Support
- Build and manage sourcing projects in LinkedIn.
- Review and vet resumes daily for recruiters.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate in-person interviews: greet candidates, ensure interviews start on time, set up Zoom, and liaise with the concierge team for logistics.
- Manage interview scheduling beyond first-round interviews.
Intern Program
- Coordinate all programming and events (calendar invites, reminders, conference room booking, meeting requests).
- Attend and oversee intern programming sessions.
- Review resumes and pre-screen intern candidates.
- Support intern onboarding.
Onboarding
- Manage post-offer tasks and communications.
- Schedule new hire onboarding sessions and lead office tours.
- Archive training completion records for audits.
- Verify I-9s and manage background checks.
Your Background
- 3+ years of experience working in recruiting, ideally within the financial services space.
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with candidates, employees, and leadership.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude — and a good sense of humor when things get busy.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $90,000 and $120,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
