About the Role:
Advance your career by deepening your engagement in our auditing and compliance efforts. In this slightly above entry-level role, you'll conduct routine audit assessments, support compliance initiatives, and work together with our team to maintain high standards. Your contributions will help ensure we meet regulatory expectations and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

•    Submit accurate and timely regulatory reports
•    Prepare, review, and file unclaimed property submissions across multiple U.S. states
•    Document and analyze processes for resolving unclaimed property
•    Participate in cross-functional investigations
•    Develop and present ad hoc reports for leadership
•    Respond to inquiries from vendors/customers regarding due diligence
•    Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
 

Skills:
• Audit Practices: Understanding of standard audit practices and procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in compliance standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Report Writing: Capable of drafting preliminary audit reports.
• Internal Controls: Understanding of internal control principles and their application.
• Problem Solving: Capable of identifying and proposing solutions for internal control issues.
• Collaboration: Able to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Organizational Skills: Effective in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

What You'll Need:
Degree in accounting or finance
• Requires working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in primary job family and broadens capabilities
• Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Performs a range of assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedures
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; may provide informal guidance to new team members
• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
