Temporary Position: Fleet Coordinator

Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday (40-45 Hrs./Wk.)
Note on Temporary Status: This position is currently classified as temporary, with an expected duration of approximately 6 months. Temporary assignment duration may be extended or reduced by business need. Temporary employees may not be eligible for certain benefits offered to regular full-time employees.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting vendors to get status of Purchase Orders that will be arriving in the next 90 days
- Issue Purchase Orders for new equipment purposes
- Maintain equipment documentation (i.e. equipment numbers) upon receipt by branch
- Provide support to booking logistics for shipping
- Assist in non-rental fleet compliance and documentation maintenance
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues
- Create sales & release documentation
- Coordinate consolidation and de-fleeting of units with regional operations
- Provide ad hoc support and reporting across other areas within the department
- Additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements

- Previous experience in a coordinative role is preferred
- Buyer experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required to communicate, gather, and analyze information.
- Highly organized and capable of switching tasks and priorities depending on the needs of the department
- Be an efficient and effective communicator with employees and customers
- Quickly analyze problems and develop, communicate, and implement solutions
