What you’ll achieve
As the Software Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading multiple agile teams within a specific domain area. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of projects by fostering a collaborative and efficient agile environment.
You will:
- Lead (disciplinarily and functionally) and mentor several agile teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and agile principles.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that teams meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure that teams have the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Set targets and conduct regular check-ins with all team members. Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance productivity.
- Promote and implement agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to optimize team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, learning, and innovation within the teams.
- Train, qualify, support, and develop employees. Mentor junior team members and encourage independent thought and responsibility.
- Ensure that all products and services adhere to architectural guidelines and meet the highest quality standards

Essential Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading agile teams.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Application of Scrum methodology in international and multi-site environments.
- Change management skills in an international environment.
- Excellent leadership, team management skills and communication / interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Inclusive leadership style that motivates the team, empowers individuals, and supports personal growth.
- Strong leadership personality with excellent communication, motivation, and change management skills.
- Advanced English and French skills
Desirable Requirements
- Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Healthcare Domain knowledge.
