Job Title: Human Resources Intern 

Reports To: HR Generalist 

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. This position will work closely with the HR Generalist to support a variety of HR functions, including full-cycle recruitment, documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), administrative tasks, and project-based initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
  • Assist in creating, documenting, and organizing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain and update the HR files within SharePoint and other HR systems. 
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, tracking HR metrics, and maintaining organized documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify process improvements and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
