Currently we are seeking a Lead PAC Engagement Specialist to work within the Client Success organization, reporting to
the Vice President of Client Success. This individual will work closely with Client Success Executives, Network Operations
personnel, Implementations, and the Training team to design and execute engagement strategies by communicating
directly with Anna users in client networks to promote adoption and drive platform engagement. This role will regularly
analyze who the user base is, how to communicate with them, what the gaps in their engagement are, and effectively
outreach. Success in this position will be measured objectively on positive changes in the engagement scores of a given
user/user group.

What you’ll do:
- Review and analyze engagement and training needs for newly established networks
- Coordinate necessary resources for training large groups on the Anna platform
- Develop outreach strategies to engage individual users / user groups
- Execute and lead outreach strategies; for new and ongoing accounts
- Provide regular reporting and updates on engagement opportunities
- Proactively advise and execute on areas of opportunity to improve engagement
- Capture user feedback for documentation and reporting back to Product teams
- Operate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Training, and Client Success to ensure alignment on engagement approaches and needs
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in provider relations, network management, care management, or contracting within a healthcare organization, health plan, or managed care setting
- Strong familiarity with post-acute care providers (e.g., SNFs, LTACs, home health, hospice, inpatient rehab) and their role within the healthcare continuum
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and resolving concerns
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment
- Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description
- A plus, but not required:
- Contract & Reimbursement Understanding: Experience working with provider contracts, reimbursement structures (e.g., fee-for-service, value-based payments, bundled payments), and credentialing processes
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements related to post-acute care
