The opportunity
Silverchain is seeking a suitably qualified Registered Nurse who has a thorough understanding and interest in respiratory health and chronic disease management. You will join our respiratory team delivering outstanding care to clients receiving domiciliary oxygen.

The position of a Registered Nurse will provide holistic assessment, support and case management to clients as part of their client journey within the Perth East Metro Area (Based out of our Maddington Service centre).

Key Responsibilities
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse with a particular passion for and strong interest in delivering respiratory / chronic disease management services in the community. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will also have:
- A minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience in a related field
- A broad experience in general nursing
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a capacity to problem solve effectively.
- Skills to adapt to changing circumstances as the service develops and grows
- A current registration with AHPRA with zero notations
- A current Australian driver’s licence
