Are you passionate about property management and delivering exceptional customer service? Princeton Property Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support our vibrant communities in Vancouver, WA.

✨ About the Role:
As an Assistant Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, leasing activities, resident relations, and administrative tasks across three beautiful apartment communities. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager and team to ensure our residents feel at home and our properties run smoothly.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Support rent collection, financial reporting, and administrative duties
• Help coordinate community events and resident engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to ensure timely service and communication
• Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards

💼 Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in property management or a similar customer service/administrative role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-focused
• Proficiency in property management software Yardi
