Sales Operations Manager
A Sales Operations Manager is a senior executive leader with ultimate oversight of the operation. This role is for a highly self-motivated individual who is driven to achieve results and grow a large organization. In this role, you will:
· Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the entire operation, ensuring all teams and managers are aligned with high-level business objectives and world-class Sales Operations methodology.
· Sales Operations Excellence: Drive continuous improvement and scalability in all sales processes, systems, and data flow to maximize efficiency and support revenue growth.
· High-Ranking Stakeholder Management: Deal directly with high-ranking stakeholders, present business reviews, strategic initiatives, and performance forecasts with a clear, solution-oriented narrative.
· Fast Action & Adaptability: Take swift, critical decisions to address major operational challenges and adapt quickly to market and business changes.
· Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Team Managers, providing them with the strategic guidance and support needed to succeed.
· Open to Feedback & Collaboration: Cultivate an environment of open communication and continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing feedback from all levels of the organization to enhance operational performance

What you need to have to be considered
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience & Executive Leadership: You'll need senior leadership experience in an operations management role or higher. This role requires the ability to oversee an entire operation and provide strategic direction.
· Stakeholder Management:You'll have a proven track record of dealing directly with high-rankingstakeholders, navigating complex corporate environments, and managingexpectations.
· Adaptability &Action: You must be able to adapt quickly and take fast, decisive action toaddress major operational challenges. You'll also be comfortable leading with ahigh degree of seniority and strategic vision.
· Openness to Feedback:You'll be open to feedback and can foster a culture of open communication andcontinuous improvement within your teams.
· Language Fluency:Advanced English and full professional fluency in Portuguese are required.
· Strategic &Analytical Skills: You'll possess exceptional strategic thinking,problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on long-term businessgoals.

· Digital marketing certificate.
· Google Ads experience/knowledge.
· Change Management: You have a strong background in leading and implementing large-scale change management initiatives within an organization.
· Financial Acumen: You can comfortably manage abudget and have a deep understanding of financial metrics, including P&Lresponsibility. You can connect operational decisions to the company's bottomline.
· Strategic Relationships: You excel at buildingand maintaining relationships with high-ranking internal and externalstakeholders. You are a trusted advisor who can influence strategic decisions.
· Proactive Risk Management: You can anticipatepotential risks and challenges before they materialize and develop proactivemitigation strategies.
· Proven Executive Leadership: You have a trackrecord of leading an entire business unit or department and deliveringexceptional results.
