We are looking for a talented (job title) to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Cash Application Specialist will oversee day-to-day cash allocation and reconciliation activities for our global operations. This role is key to ensuring the accurate and timely application of customer payments, maintaining reliable cashbooks, and supporting Finance with bank reconciliations, mailbox management, and related compliance tasks.
This is a hands-on position suited to a professional with a solid background in Accounts Receivable and cash application, strong technical skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems while interacting confidently with internal stakeholders in an international environment.
This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Lille office at least 3-4 days a week.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
Cash Application & Bank Reconciliation
- Download daily bank statements and update cashbooks.
- Allocate customer payments, resolving any unmatched transactions.
- Ensure all entries are properly referenced for clear audit trails.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable Support
- Upload and update AR data; mark orders and invoices as paid.
- Notify relevant stakeholders of incoming payments and handle payment-related queries.
- Collaborate with the Collections team to resolve outstanding items.
Administration & Compliance
- Manage the Finance shared mailbox, prioritizing and responding to queries in line with agreed timelines.
- Complete and manage vendor forms as far as Finance scope allows and forward for approvals.
- Provide light support for administrative finance tasks when required.

- Salesforce (preferred)
Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
Qualifications:Education:
- Associates degree including AAT Level 2–3, BTS/DUT Comptabilité-Gestion, or equivalent vocational qualification and/or relevant years of experience is strongly recommended.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or transferrable finance or accounting experience in similar roles is required.
- Current or prior experience working in an international environment and multiple currencies is a strongly preferred.

- Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced and global environment.
