What You Will Do:
- Keep the property looking clean and inviting by maintaining landscaping, removing trash, and cleaning public exterior areas
- Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Conduct seasonal cleanup of flower beds, including raking, aerating, and fertilizing
- Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment related to grounds work
- Assist with light tree and bush trimming
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, including clock setting and repairs
- Perform snow removal as needed
- Assist with pool startup, closure, cleaning, and routine maintenance
- Help the maintenance staff with tasks such as preventative maintenance, appliance moves, and building inspections
- Issue pet violation notices in accordance with company policy
What You Bring to the Team:
- At least 6 months of previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
- General irrigation knowledge or a willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Comfort working in seasonal weather conditions, including heat and cold
