About the job
Role Summary:
 
As a Client Advocacy Champion your focus is to help effectively conceive and execute programs around customer advocacy celebrating joint success. You will have a tight pulse on our happiest of customers and have opportunities to come up with creative ideas for increasing our customer advocate base. You will get the chance to interact directly with our global customer base while also working closely with other internal stakeholders such as product marketing, sales, pre-sales and delivery teams. You will empower stakeholders to use customer success artefacts and data. You will also conceive and optimize customer programs and implement strategies to accelerate the growth of advocacy opportunities.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Create and manage customer marketing and advocacy programs
  • Build strong relationships with key customers that can act as references for creating customer success artifacts, speaking opportunities, analyst briefings, etc. and partner with marketing colleagues to capture and promote them internally and externally
  • Lead and manage customer engagement programs such as in-person/virtual flagship events, Infosys Finacle Innovation Awards Program, Industry awards programs, newsletters, etc.
  • Support Finacle’s focused Executive Advisory Board program strategy and execution to engage and develop strategic advocate relationships with client CxOs
  • Build a strong portfolio of customer success stories and content that fulfils the requirements of all stakeholders to be used by marketing to create customer assets including written case studies, sales materials, customer videos, industry award nominations among other things.
 
Experience & Skills:
 
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on customer programs
  • Prior experience in writing and developing enterprise content marketing assets 
  • Experience in establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally, quickly establishing trust and credibility, particularly with senior executives in large strategic customer accounts
  • Strong project management skills
  • Hard-working, self-starter with a willingness and eagerness to learn quickly
  • Actively participates and collaborates with others across teams to achieve business goals
  • Desire to learn more about customer lifecycle marketing, advocacy marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, and campaign development
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
