Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update employee data.
2. Prepare HR reports for management and related departments.
3. Assist and manage employee's human capital administrative.
4. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and helping with the onboarding of new employees.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualification
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Capital / HR field, preferably in logistics, transportation, or warehouse industry.
3. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
4. Good understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, training administration, payroll, and employee relation.
5. Familiar with labor law and HR administrative processes.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
8. Implement the applicable SOPs and Work Instructions in accordance with the Integrated QHSE Management System, including identifying and following up on potential hazards in the workplace.
