About the Internship:
WSI is excited to offer a 6 month paid Internship opportunity to support your development as you work towards your university degree. As an intern you’ll work with passionate people who will mentor and train you with their knowledge and experience and be an important part of the team to take Sydney’ new airport to the world in 2026.
The WSI Customer Experience team is comprised of key leaders championing a broad portfolio in the Commercial and Strategy team. Working across the exciting portfolios of digital, customer journey, brand and marketing, customer engagement, service and, art and place, this internship affords a unique opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
WSI website and digital channels:
- Stakeholder mapping, engagement and communications
- Project governance and deliverables
- Website audit, consolidation and archiving of content
- Design of content for digital and communications assets
- Engagement with external partners
Customer Journey:
- Customer research to determine benchmark strategies
- Detailing of frameworks for B2B and B2C customer segments
- Detailing of operating models for direct and indirect complaints and feedback
- Channels and data approach and categorisation
- Timeline phasing from current state to future state
Work arrangements:
- Start date: asap
- Part time: 3-4 days/week over 3 - 6 months depending on university study workload and other circumstances
- Place of work: WSI’s Luddenham or Liverpool offices, depending on business requirements

About you:
- A university student currently undertaking either a Bachelor of Tourism, Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Technology
- Resourceful and creative thinker
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Analytical and research skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong skills with Microsoft suite and Adobe PDF
- Strong time management and productivity
- Personable, professional, respectful, affable, useful and helpful
- Ability to complete corporate training and induction processes
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Must be in year 2, 3 or 4 of an undergraduate degree qualification
- Own transport to attend offices at Liverpool or Luddenham
If you’re our preferred candidate, you’ll be requested to undergo background and medical checks. You must be at least 18 years of age to work at WSI.
