EisnerAmper is seeking a Supervisor to join our People & Services team. This newly created role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Vice Chair’s routine performance updates across the various Service Areas, with a focus on elevating the depth of insight and analysis into each service offering.

As a trusted advisor, representative, and project manager, the FP&A Manager will play a critical role in:

  • Performing impactful analysis and delivering economic insight into the relationships between KPIs, operating metrics, and financial performance.
  • Driving improvements in reporting to better inform Executive Leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Managing and supporting a wide range of ad hoc projects that influence decision-making and strategic direction.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Oversee the production of comprehensive financial reporting packages with accountability for accuracy and business impact
  • Develop standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards that deliver timely, consistent, and actionable updates for leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Enhance forecasting and financial modeling frameworks in partnership with business leaders
  • Design sophisticated dashboards and analytics that connect financial metrics to business strategy

Financial Analysis & Insight

  • Apply advanced financial analysis techniques to deliver high-quality insights that drive business decisions
  • Research complex financial issues independently and present structured solutions to senior leadership
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business drivers impacting performance and profitability
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that influence executive decisions

Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Advise directors and senior leaders on financial best practices to enhance decision-making processes
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor, contributing to long-term financial planning and strategy
  • Lead stakeholder management across service areas to drive innovative financial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers and executive leadership

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Collaborate with Accounting, Controllership, and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Support the upgrade of reporting and dashboarding standards, driving adoption of new processes and tools
  • Proactively identify opportunities to advance financial reporting and develop new reporting capabilities

Project & Change Management

  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring timely delivery of critical deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional adoption of new processes, leveraging collaboration and influencing skills
  • Communicate project status clearly and effectively to senior leadership, escalating issues requiring attention
  • Take accountability for financial reporting deliverables, driving timely completion of accurate, efficient, and insightful reporting packages and enhancing the effectiveness of monthly departmental stewardship calls

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • CA with 6+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Strong background in Project Management, with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive results

Preferred candidates also have: 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial modeling and reports
  • Hands on experience in planning, reporting and data analysis
  • Prior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership or/and operations leaders including IT, HR, or Marketing
  • Experience in analyzing financial data and conducting presentations to leadership
  • Knowledge of planning systems and advanced proficiency in excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
  • Attention to details, synthesize, summarize data and present analysis in concise, insightful manner
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Comfortable work independently
