Euroapi is currently looking for a Social Relations Director.
Day-to-day on the job :
Prepare the company's various social projects or projects for the France perimeter and to be a support for foreign sites.
Ensuring relations and negotiations with the social partners
Being the Social Adviser for the management of the company
Main missions
Communicate with the company's general management and human resources department.
Schedule the various annual deadlines with the representative instances of the personnel (works Social Adviser, health, safety and working conditions committee)
Prepare the social evolutions of the company by formalizing proposals in accordance with the company's strategy, its collective agreement and labor law.
Inform the various employee representative bodies of the plans for business regulatory development.
Define a communication and negotiation strategy to facilitate the acceptance of the change by social partners and employees.
Facilitate meetings with social partners and negotiate with the aim of reaching an agreement that will become a new social norm within the company.
Ensure the proper implementation of the agreements concluded and communicate with the social partners on the progress of operations.
Maintain social dialogue.
Respond to the various questions of the general management in terms of relations and provide an advisory dimension upstream of development projects for the company.
Inform the company's management of the various quantitative and qualitative indicators that make it possible to monitor the social climate and anticipate the risks of crisis.
Animation/organization of the EWC and HQ WC
Managing the relationship with EWC members
Support France HR local team
Support European HR on challenges/subjects relating to social relations common to several countries
Our requirements
Education / Experience
Bac +5 in Human Resources with a legal specialty Labor Law with 5 to 10 years of experience as HRD
Technical skills & Competencies / Language
Very good knowledge of Labor Law and more specifically of the collective agreement applied in the company in which he works.
Historical and institutional knowledge, within the company, of the various trade unions and of all employee representative bodies
Mastery of different negotiation techniques
Good general, economic and political culture
Financial and accounting knowledge necessary for the development of budgets
Excellent knowledge of the organization of the company and the cultural specificities which make up
