Interns may be eligible for a one-time hiring bonus to assist with housing costs depending upon proximity to an AmFam office location.
Compensation Minimum: $25.00
Compensation Maximum: $39.00
As an Observability intern, you will learn the basics of observability and what’s involved with administering the tools within an enterprise. You will be exposed to different tooling, experience how the team manages the tooling and how the enterprise interacts with the different solutions and applications. The intern will report to the manager of Observability as well as the senior technical lead within the team.
Responsibilities
• Develop an understanding of our business, corporate culture and structure to support your work.
• Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.
Requirements
• Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2026 or later.
• Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.
• Major/program must align with internship role.
• Experience or knowledge in IT (Datadog preferred)

Work Location:
This role may be considered for a Full-Time in Office or Hybrid work arrangement based on the selected candidate's location. Work locations for this role include Madison, WI; Boston.
