Who We Are Looking For

A client-focused contributor with 4–7 years of experience (preferably in financial services) to manage client relationships, oversee operational teams, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Why This Role Is Important

You will join State Street Global Delivery supporting asset owners and managers with essential financial tools and services. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring superior client satisfaction and acting as an advocate for clients.
  • Oversee and develop service delivery team, including work allocation, training, and performance management.
  • Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between Client Service and GD business units to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Assist in aligning operation delivery tasks and responsibilities from legacy structure to appropriate Global Delivery teams
  • Provide project management support for client-related initiatives and act as a liaison between business units.
  • May be responsible for producing customized client reports and supporting compliance reviews and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable.
  • 5–7 years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong technology skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) and knowledge of computer systems, financial operations, and/or mutual fund industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $90,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
