Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Tampa Catholic High School

Tampa Catholic High School is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our front office team. The Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors while managing a variety of administrative tasks. We are looking for a professional who is committed to the mission of Catholic education and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage daily attendance records.
• Assist in copying materials for teachers and administrative staff.
• Provide support to the Guidance Department and other school functions as needed.
• Ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of constituents.
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to the values and mission of Catholic education.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Previous office experience, especially in an educational setting, is preferred.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
