Microbest, Inc. is seeking a reliable and punctual Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and products between facilities and to designated locations as required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to timeliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
· Transport goods, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
· Follow designated routes and delivery schedules assigned.
· Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
· Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding deliveries and pickups.
· Prioritize punctuality and attendance to meet company expectations.
· Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to speak and understand English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
· Must be able to lift up to 40/lbs. or more as required for loading/unloading.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
· Dependable, with a strong commitment to being on time and present for scheduled work hours.
· Basic knowledge of local roads and routes is preferred.
Schedule & Work Environment:
· Full-time position with a set work schedule. Schedule may change at times due to customer demands.
· Majority of work is conducted on the road and at various delivery locations.
· Some warehouse or facility-related tasks may be required.
