About the Role:

Join a collaborative Long-Term Acute Care team, working alongside physiotherapists, RNs, and support staff in a patient-focused environment that supports professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care in a long-term acute care setting
• Manage a 1:5 patient ratio with clinical precision
• Support physicians in treatment and recovery planning
• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration
• Interpret diagnostics and report abnormalities
• Care for complex cases (e.g., ventilator weaning, neurological disorders, trauma recovery)

Requirements:

• BSN in Adult Nursing
• NCLEX-RN passed
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• 2+ years of recent acute care RN experience
