Role Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned S2C (Source-to-Contract) leader with over 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and SAP MM/LE implementations. The candidate will lead global sourcing initiatives, optimize procurement processes, and serve as the SME for SAP MM and Logistics Execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the Source-to-Contract process including vendor selection, RFI/RFP management, negotiations, and contract execution.
•    Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management) and SAP LE (Inbound/Outbound logistics, Goods Movement).
•    Design and implement S2C process improvements, including supplier onboarding, risk management, and eSourcing tools.
•    Collaborate with IT and functional teams for SAP MM/LE system configurations, enhancements, and integration with third-party procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).
•    Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals to deliver cost savings, supplier innovation, and supply resilience.
•    Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across procurement contracts and vendor management.
•    Oversee data governance, material master management, and supplier master integrity within SAP.
•    Drive automation and digitization initiatives within S2C using technologies like RPA, analytics, and contract management tools.
•    Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, setting performance standards and driving continuous improvement.
•    Work with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to mitigate contract risks and ensure end-to-end visibility of supplier commitments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
•    12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and SAP MM/LE in a global or complex environment.
•    Strong functional expertise in SAP MM (Purchasing, Vendor Master, MRP) and LE (Shipping, Transportation, Goods Receipt/Issue).
•    Hands-on experience in configuring SAP MM/LE or working with SAP implementation partners.
•    Proficiency in eSourcing tools, contract lifecycle platforms, and supplier management systems.
•    Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relationship management skills.
•    Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of spend analytics and procurement KPIs.
•    Experience in global sourcing, multi-country procurement operations, and supply market analysis.

Preferred Attributes:
•    SAP S/4HANA experience (especially MM and LE modules).
•    Familiarity with Ariba Sourcing, Guided Buying, or Coupa.
•    Knowledge of Indirect Procurement, CapEx sourcing, or category management.
•    Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) are a plus.
•    Lean Six Sigma or process transformation background preferred.
