This role is responsible for the day to day operational and customer account activities (including order management, reporting/analysis, inventory monitoring, & project management activities). The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management to support the national wireless customer. An ideal candidate models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface with the customer, commercial organization, IT resources and internal support function
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate functional and technical requirements to the appropriate cross-functional organizations
- Manage moderately to highly complex project management activities, internal and external KPI/SLA reports and document control
- Support the implementation and execution of proposed/new solutions for key development
- Maintain daily open communicates with IT and operations
- Maintain email communications and timely responses to our customer
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with expert verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detailed data mining and manipulation
- Moderate to expert user of MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of program management/customer service experience preferred
