- Campaign Project Management
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of all Lamps Plus promotional campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with company marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Store Communications & Collateral Placement
- Oversee distribution and placement of store signage, posters, price/sale/clearance tags, and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely communication with store teams regarding campaign rollouts, updates, and instructions.
- Audit and track compliance of in-store communications to maintain brand consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between corporate and store teams, ensuring clarity and accuracy of campaign messaging.
- Partner with Creative Services and Print Vendors to manage production and delivery timelines.
- Provide status updates and campaign summaries to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Develop systems and processes to streamline campaign execution and store communications.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing insights for future improvements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in retail, marketing, or consumer goods.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, or MS Project).
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP certification a plus but not required.
