We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all promotional campaigns and store communications across our retail network.
 
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management for promotional campaigns, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and seamless communication with retail stores. This role will also be responsible for managing the distribution of in-store posters and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Project Management 
    • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of all Lamps Plus promotional campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
    • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with company marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Store Communications & Collateral Placement 
    • Oversee distribution and placement of store signage, posters, price/sale/clearance tags, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure timely communication with store teams regarding campaign rollouts, updates, and instructions.
    • Audit and track compliance of in-store communications to maintain brand consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
    • Act as a liaison between corporate and store teams, ensuring clarity and accuracy of campaign messaging.
    • Partner with Creative Services and Print Vendors to manage production and delivery timelines.
    • Provide status updates and campaign summaries to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting 
    • Develop systems and processes to streamline campaign execution and store communications.
    • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing insights for future improvements.
    • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in retail, marketing, or consumer goods.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, or MS Project).
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification a plus but not required.
 
Location: Lamps Plus Headquarters, Chatsworth, CA 
Schedule: Hybrid, (3 days per week onsite)
