The Client Operations Lead is a pivotal role responsible for the comprehensive oversight of an engagement's overall service delivery. This includes ensuring the successful and timely delivery of all services within scope and to the highest quality standards, while simultaneously maintaining and improving profitability through diligent financial monitoring and cost control. A key aspect of this role involves building and nurturing robust client relationships, actively understanding their needs, and ensuring their ultimate satisfaction. Furthermore, the Client Operations Lead will coordinate closely with internal teams to foster alignment and effective collaboration, and continuously drive improvements by identifying and implementing process enhancements to elevate service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing successful, on-time, and high-quality service delivery.
Managing engagement profitability through diligent financial monitoring and cost control.
Building and nurturing robust client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high.
Facilitating effective collaboration among internal teams.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any career stream
At least 8 years of experience as it pertains to the job description
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully managing complex service delivery engagements from end-to-end.
Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving profitability targets.
Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a history of building trust and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Strong leadership abilities with experience coordinating and motivating cross-functional internal teams.
