Position: Client Sales Manager

IFI is seeking to hire a full-time, remote, Client Sales Manager. 

What you’ll do:  

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Sales Consultants and Client Intake Coordinator to meet individual and team sales goals
  • Design and implement sales strategies that align with organizational revenue targets
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and adjust plans based on performance and market trends
  • Coordinate sales action plans and delegate customer account responsibilities to team members
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts to inform future strategy and retention efforts
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure accountability and growth
  • Foster a culture of empathy, responsiveness, and excellence in client service
  • Oversee the intake process for domestic and international clients, ensuring timely and personalized consultations
  • Develop and maintain systems for lead qualification, categorization, and rapid outreach and response time
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions in CRM to support collaboration and continuity 
  • Manage and maintain Calendly account access for sales and intake team, ensuring proper user permissions, calendar integrations, and availability settings to support client scheduling and team coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal workflows and client experience
  • Analyze sales data to identify performance trends, anticipate client needs, and identify actional opportunities to enhance conversion rates, client satisfaction, and team productivity
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and intake processes to achieve operational consistency and efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and maintain client-facing marketing materials and website content
  • Represent IFI in webinars, client consultations, and professional partner engagements to promote services and build relationships

What you’ll need to succeed:  

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations management, marketing and/or business operations as a subject matter expert to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Proven leadership experience leading and coaching a high-performing team
  • Demonstrated experience using data and reporting to identify sales forecasts, setting measurable performance and productivity metrics to improve the sales functions
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and reporting tools
  • Experience with Calendly, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and Zoom strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients, professional partners, and internal teams
  • Ability to present and explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically to diverse audiences
  • Experience crafting clear, empathetic, and brand-aligned client-facing communications that support client understanding, engagement, and trust throughout the intake and sales process
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment

Desired but not required: 

  • Experience in the surrogacy, fertility, or insurance industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Zoom
  • Experience with Calendly
