Registered Nurse Supervisor, Medical Unit

Location: Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville, WI

Shift: Monday to Friday Day Shift Hours ; 24/7 Accountability

Hours: 40 hours per week 

We're seeking a passionate and experienced RN Supervisor for the Medical Unit at the Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville campus.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes, and directs nursing practice for areas of responsibility and does this in accordance with the Health System's Mission, Vision and Values.
• Maintains clinical expertise in area(s) of responsibility and is expected to provide direct patient care in proportion to the needs of their areas.
• Ensures the total patient experience is exceptional both in the Quality of Care and in the patient perception of services as defined and measured by system dashboard goals.
• Interviews, selects, orientate, trains, coaches and mentors and evaluates the performance of partners, providing corrective action when necessary.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current WI RN licensure by the WI DSPS
• Approved CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire
