Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Davies’ Workers’ Compensation and Liability administration, managed care and ancillary business.
- Leverage strong relationships with insureds, brokers, carriers, and program administrators to create new opportunities.
- Build Davies’ market presence, speak on industry panels, contribute to thought-leadership papers, and represent our brand actively.
- Partner closely with operations and marketing teams to align messaging, delivery, and brand.
- Identify and cross-sell opportunities across Davies’ suite of services, including managed care, audits, risk consulting, and data analytics.
- Stay plugged into market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities to shape future growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, ensuring what’s promised in the pitch is delivered in the service.

Skills, knowledge & expertise
- Proven success driving growth within a TPA, carrier, or brokerage, across Workers’ Compensation, Liability, or related claims services.
- Genuine industry relationships and the credibility to open doors and build trust.
- Curiosity and hustle, you ask questions, find opportunities, and move fast.
- Strong understanding of claims operations and client experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and online.
- Comfort leading conversations at the C-suite level and within complex buying environments.
- A willingness to travel, connect face-to-face, and be visible in the market.
