 Purpose of the Job: 

• Manufacturingof Steel/Fabric Calendared Rolls and Steel/Fabric Components as per PPC plan ina Safe & Efficient manner and supplying these materials to InternalCustomers in PCR & TBR by consistently meeting their Quality & Deliveryrequirements through people participation.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Ensure creating safe working environment for the members through effective implementation of Safety Systems (S)
  
• Ensure the adherence to safety systems like SO, SIS, and Closure of observations. (S)
  
• Ensure on time delivery of Materials to customers as per specifications and required quantity as per plan. (Q & D)
  
• Implementation of Process controls in machines to produce the products as per specifications (Product, Process and Efficiency) and reduce waste generation. (P,Q & C)
  
• Create and Develop Training systems to improve the skill level of operating members, to ensure the standard adherence. (P & Q)
  
• Ensure on time updating and communication of standards in the process. (Q)
  
• Develop the culture ofmembers participation in TEI activities like 5S, QCC, Kaizen and Suggestionschemes (M)

Knowledge (Technical / Functional).
