About The Role

Our Marketing team is looking for a part-time intern to assist on upcoming and ongoing Patterson Flynn projects.

The part-time intern role is scheduled to work up to 20 hours weekly. The internship will ideally start in Early November 2025 with End Date of January 2026.

YOU WILL:

  • Assist the Brand Marketing team with ongoing tasks, including the development of collection assets, marketing emails, and special projects
  • Support local email and social media channels by sourcing imagery for showroom Instagram accounts, drafting captions, and the scheduling and deployment of local email campaigns
  • Assist in special projects, including the preparation of curated material packages for current and aspirational clients
  • Manage user-generated asset collection by uploading and organizing materials in our digital asset management system
  • Assist on-set at photoshoots, including coordinating samples and props from external showrooms and vendors, and managing returns post-shoot
  • Organize, prep and resize product photography for web

YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • A proactive worker who is comfortable working on both team and individual projects.
  • A no-task-is-too-small attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comfortable and willing to work in our corporate office 2-3 days a week.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
