FIELD SERVICE REP – INSIDE SALES

 

 

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned, local Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) beers, top selling local and regional craft beers, premium non-alcohol beverages, and an extensive assortment of award-winning fine wines and spirits. Position Summary: 

As a Field Service Rep (Rotation Rep) you will verify and ensure product freshness in assigned accounts as well as complete necessary market surveys as required by Hensley and our supplier partners. Other responsibilities include: deliver, clean draft lines, and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, merchandising with point of sales material and product, and entry-level product sales in partnership with the Frontline or Inside Sales, Sales Representative.


**This position is based out of Phoenix and supports customers in the West Valley.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for accurately using Hensley technology.   
  • Organizing and maintaining daily route. 
  • Checking code dates in person at accounts to ensure freshness of product and complies with rotation and out of code policy set by Hensley.   
  • Uses sales platform and digital communication to notify sales rep and manager of product that needs to be removed from accounts. 
  • Keeping an accurate and up to date log of accounts visited and action performed. 
  • Perform draft line cleaning, as needed.
  • Clean and maintain draft work areas and equipment.
  • Performing surveys and checking in at every account. 
  • Validate tap cleaning services by our 3rd party provider and communicate issues to department manager and sales. 
  • Check bar displays and Point of Sale material including delivering and installing new material. 
  • Organizes back-stock and coolers.
  • Identifies relevant account information such as placement opportunities or ordering guidance and communicates to the Frontline or Inside sales Representative.
  • Soft selling and relationship building with accounts. 
  • Delivering Hotshot orders as needed
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by direct manager.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel and Office
  • Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent Customer service 
  • Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
