We are looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator to join our Dakine Equipment sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for the digital sales and drop ship coordination, asset optimization and management, and reporting and analytics. 

What You'll Do:

Digital Sales and Drop Ship Coordination

  • Partner with Sales Operations Director and IT to manage all aspects of seasonal item creation and data load for digital marketplaces and drop ship sites (Amazon, Target, Expert Voice, Gov X, Dicks Sporting Goods, Scheels, Nordstrom, Amazon, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain best in class product listings, imagery, key search word optimization on Amazon 1P platform
  • Partner with Amazon Sales Lead on the following
    • Track and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with marketing and Amazon Category Managers to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase conversion rates on Amazon
    • Develop seasonal product assortment plans and data files in collaboration with VP of Sales
    • Coordinate inventory management to ensure products are adequately stocked and available for customers
    • Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and inventory levels
    • Stay informed about Amazon policies, features, and best practices to enhance the selling experience
  • Create and document S&OPs for seasonal digital launch and hindsight reviews

Asset Optimization and Management

  • Manage sales assets and tools
    • Product images and specs, catalog copy, and lifestyle images
    • Utilize existing tools like BOX, Elastic
    • Seasonal Rep & distributor training
    • Own Price & UPC list including seasonal item spec for digital customers
    • Ensure data and information is optimized to support wholesale
  • Elastic optimization to push out specialized product offerings
  • Validate, format and distribute images for use in drop ship and wholesale accounts; support dealer specific asks as needed

Reporting & Analytics

  • Utilizing DOMO and Oracle, running ad hoc reports as needed for senior management
  • Automation: Use scripts and AI workflows to streamline data validation and asset integration.
  • Seasonal Rep and internal training
  • Other duties as assigned

What to Bring: 

  • Strong excel skills – Ability to manipulate and restructure large amounts of data
  • Experience in digital sales, e-commerce marketplaces, or sales coordination roles
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency with digital analytics, reporting platforms, and content management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, process orientation, and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with marketplace optimization, keyword strategies, campaign tracking, and ongoing process documentation
