Job Duties include but are not limited to:
To identify the customers needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle, conduct the product presentation, perform the demonstration drives, and ask customers to purchase the vehicle, overcome obstacles and/or objections.
Constant improvement in vehicle and process knowledge and in educating the customer on products and processes.
Assisting customers at initial contact, professional follow up, and after the purchase.
Track customers through meticulous input of information into database. Follow up by phone, email, and documentation of all communication.
Desire to learn and understand vehicle financing and to be comfortable presenting financing options to customers.
Meticulous eye for detail in all paperwork.
Creation of purchase agreements, appraisal information, credit applications, and all other documentation.
Strict adherence to all local, state, and federal reporting guidelines.

Employee Requirements:
Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, however it is not required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Skills/Aptitudes - Strong verbal and written communication ability, strong listening skills, ability to take instruction and follow direction, punctuality, strong customer focus and a growth mindset.
Miscellaneous - Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record, social security card, completed job application, and completion of drug screening.
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred.
Growth mindset, emotional stability, ability to work on a team, and strong customer service focus.
Hours:
This is a full-time position.
Store hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (shift start and end times vary).
Off Sunday plus one weekday.
Compensation:
Compensation is commission based.
Paid training period - $20/hour for the first 60 days.
After the first 60 days of full time employment, you will receive 14 days of paid time off available to use.
