Sr. Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift na Endries International

Our Sr Warehouse Associate (SWA) will be a first point of contact for team members to go to with questions as you work to efficiently move product through the warehouse  to meet customer’s standards. SWA is considered to be an expert in their functional area and will promote a work culture that represents Endries mission, vison, and values.

Essential Functions

• Serve as the initial point of contact for warehouse associate as questions and technical problems arise throughout the workday
• Receiving, picking, packing, inspecting and shipping products to our customers
• Verify orders and ensure accuracy of inventory
• Track all inventory through the use of radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure accurate inventory
• Take the lead in the training of other associates
• Meet key metrics as defined by Warehouse Manager which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, and on-time delivery
• Maintain the safety and security of all associates
• Report to work on time and as scheduled
• Support key warehouse areas as assigned
• All other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Have strong and effective communication skills - both verbal and nonverbal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills
• Demonstrates expertise in required functional areas of the warehouse

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a distribution warehouse
• Ability to drive forklift or willing to be trained
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
