QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - Must pass a pre-employment drug test
 - Must pass a Criminal Background Check
 - Minimum 2 years previous office administration experience required, including operation of various office machines including copier, printer, and fax
 - Minimum 2 years payroll database maintenance experience
 - Advanced data entry skill required
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with intermediate Word and Excel skills required
 - Preparing data feeds to, and/or working with, ADP payroll processing experience preferred
 - Good analytical and mathematical skills required
 - Intermediate Microsoft Office skill including, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
 - Advanced skill in processing payroll in multi-state employer environment
 - ADP payroll processing experience preferred.
 - Intermediate analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills

 - Ability to complete assigned duties within deadlines despite interruptions

 - Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
 - Must pass drug test.
 - Satisfactory criminal background check.
 
C. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review timesheets submitted by supervisors for consistency and accuracy
 - Input timesheet data into the payroll system in a timely and accurate manner
 - Research and resolve payroll discrepancies as reported by assigned location
 
- Update employee payroll database regularly
 - Assist employees in understanding the payroll and check process
 - Monitor labor hours for assigned locations on a weekly basis
 - Maintain good rapport with airport personnel and management staff
 - Review and maintain a variety of records, employee data, and reports
 - Ensure local Payroll regulatory compliance
 - Maintain and project a positive and courteous image; respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public
 - Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed
