JOB SUMMARY

 

The PrintCounts Patrol Analyst will function as the lead for account maintenance in Patrol.  The analyst will provide initial support to the field service techs and CSR’s as well as working through issues with the client directly.  This position will provide information to admin and the field relative to Patrol and help direct resources to the appropriate accounts to ensure timely and proper billing.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Serve as the liaison between Patrol support and CSRs on technical issues.
  • Support Billing function by ensuring equipment is staged properly.
  • Review zero meters and assist in correcting non-reporting issues and work with Admin and CSRs to address.
  • Create calls in Eauto for CSR dispatch to correct Patrol and/or non-reporting devices.
  • Work with the client on set up and administration of Patrol.
  • Perform fleet assessment and provide reporting of aging equipment/customer data to Regional Service Managers for profitability increases and Branch Sales Managers for potential sales opportunities.
  • Analyze fleet to determine End of life devices for potential replacement.
  • Supply order reconciliation and troubleshooting.
  • Provide support to and collaborate with Regional Service Managers on current and future activities.
  • Provide reporting and statistics for larger accounts by request.
  • Serve as tier one field support for CSRs and Service technicians for Patrol.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with which to clearly explain concepts in professional documents, using easy-to-understand English; must have strong command of punctuation and grammar.
  • Excellent reading comprehension.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow departmental rules and guidelines and provide necessary support for team.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and work well under minimal supervision as a part of a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially under tight client deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Must be able to work with strong personalities.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced Computer Skills. Must have advanced skills in the entire MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Ability to learn new software quickly.
