Career Opportunities: Marketing Specialist (2586)

Requisition ID 2586 - Posted  - Asset Management UK - Warrington - 3-5

We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. In less than six years, Mileway has grown into Europe’s leader in last mile logistics real estate, with a 550-plus team across twenty six offices in eleven countries.

We are looking for a smart and organised new recruit to join our UK marketing team, as we build and consolidate Mileway’s position as the market leader in last mile real estate.

We are looking for a motivated and analytical thinker to join our team and help drive the growth of our business through effective marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves hands-on campaign execution, thrives on experimentation, and is eager to discover what drives high-quality lead enquiries.

Working at Mileway
We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. Launched in 2019, Mileway has rapidly grown into Europe’s leader in last-mile logistics real estate, with a team of over 550 across more than twenty offices in 11 countries. From the start, Mileway set out to be a different kind of real estate company, with a cloud-based IT infrastructure and a team that combines local expertise with the pooled strengths of a pan-European presence.

Our culture is fast-paced and highly international, with team members from more than 50 countries, bringing diverse perspectives and a “can-do” attitude to everything we do. While we have already achieved a lot, we’re only just getting started – our purpose is to be Europe’s leading provider of last mile logistics real estate, enabling businesses to thrive, driving sustainability forward, and shaping the cities of tomorrow. To get there, we live by our values: Drive, Trust, Grow, Together.

At Mileway, we believe company growth comes from supporting the growth of our combined capabilities. That’s why we offer an in-house learning & development program where personal, professional, and business development go hand in hand, helping you carve out your own unique career path. You’ll be based at our Warrington office. While we embrace a flexible approach to work, our policy requires working from the office three days a week. To support this, we provide a state-of-the-art technology package to keep you connected at all times.

What you’ll do

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified lead enquiries into the business.
  • Work alongside the central digital marketing team to support and optimise PPC campaigns.
  • Develop and contribute content ideas — such as articles, case studies, and social posts — to support marketing campaigns.
  • Test and evaluate new marketing channels and tactics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for future activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Regional Directors, Asset Managers and Office Managers) to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Support budget management, timelines, and campaign delivery schedules.
  • Use Salesforce to run reports, analyse campaign performance, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage data insights from Salesforce and other platforms to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or lead generation environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (particularly paid search, paid social, and email marketing).
  • Experience supporting or managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficient in Salesforce — able to build and run reports, interpret data, and use insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling marketing materials.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
  • A self-starter who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving results.

Our vision is to be the number one gateway to urban communities.  To get there, we live our values: Drive, Trust, Grow, Together.
