SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER ALBACETE (F/M/X) (Albacete, ES) na Fabricante de motores aeronáuticos y turbinas

We are seeking a Senior Production Manager to join the Helicopter engine maintenance facility that ITP Aero operates in Albacete. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft engines. This is a key position within our operations, requiring a balance of technical expertise, strong leadership, and efficiency in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

Key Responsibilities.

• Supervise and coordinate all processes related to engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
• Ensure strict compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage human and material resources effectively to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production areas.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul procedures.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valuable experience working with CT7/T700 and/or PW200 engines.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Specific certifications in engine maintenance (EASA Part-66 or equivalent).
• Previous experience in aerospace production environments.
