API Integrations Specialist na Lalamove

And we need your help to get us there!We are searching for a motivated technical person keen to develop a skill set that bridges the gap between tech and commercial teams to lead our API customer onboarding process and technical support for API customers. You will need excellent communication and customer service skills to support customers and guide them through our API integration best practice.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for providing technical support to API customers throughout their onboarding journey - working with customers’ technical teams to successfully integrate with and test Lalamove’s API.

Contribute ideas and implement a formal onboarding process that best suits customers needs, working with the product team on suggestions how to improve the onboarding experience for customers with the objective of driving self-service as far as possible.

Maintain a selection of best practice and advice to support customers to develop an API Developer community.

Evaluation of API documentation for select partners.

Be the Subject Matter Expert on API and proactively sharing feedback within the organisation for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Experience with JSON & RESTful API is an advantage

Experienced in SOA & Web Services

Knowledge of SOAP / XML / XSLT

Familiarity with Security (include SAML/OAuth)

Excellent communication and writing skills and be comfortable providing excellent support to customers

Fluency in English is required.

Fluency in other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Development experience in Java/PHP/Python/C#/Go/Ruby/Node.js is desirable;

Ability to conduct POC with customers

Experience in writing production code will be an advantage

Prior experience in supporting API integrations will be a major advantage
