We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator (Diploma Qualified) to join our supportive team and take the next step in their early childhood education career.

✅ Essential Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
A current and valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
💡 Essential Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a team of educators
Confident in designing and evaluating programs that meet the developmental needs of all children
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
🌱 Desirable Skills and Experience
Prior experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar role
Ability to support children with diverse needs, including additional learning or behavioural support
Collaborative approach to working with educators, support staff, and allied professionals
Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation and communication
