🌟 What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll be a key part of helping people live their best lives—at home and in the community. Every day is different, but you can expect to:
  • Support daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and personal care
  • Encourage participation in hobbies, social events, and community activities (movies, music, birthdays, and more!)
  • Teach and model life skills that build confidence and independence
  • Ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction
  • Be an advocate and ally for people who may not always have a voice
  • Laugh, have fun, and build meaningful relationships

💰 Pay & Schedule
  • Starting pay: $18.25/hour
  • After 1 year: $18.75/hour
  • Maximum pay: $19.25/hour (based on years of service)
  • Flexible options: Part-time and full-time schedules available based on the needs and preferences of the people we support

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation (if applicable)
  • Ability to pass a TB test and physical (if applicable)
  • Clear driving record (if applicable)
