This position is based in Cameron, WI and requires an onsite office schedule. 


Job Description
As the HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting Mosaic’s workforce by managing recruitment efforts, providing frontline employee support, and executing day-to-day HR administrative functions. You’ll work closely with the HR Supervisor and broader HR team to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies. 
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including paperwork, orientation, and system access. 

Employee Support 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace concerns. 
  • Provide guidance on routine employee relations matters and support engagement initiatives. 

HR Administration 

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system. 
  • Process HR transactions such as employment verifications, benefit enrollments, and leave requests. 
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits (EEO, ACA, etc.). 

Onboarding & Offboarding 

  • Facilitate orientation sessions and benefits enrollment. 
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding tasks. 

Team Collaboration 

  • Support HR events such as training sessions, wellness activities, and employee appreciation events. 
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts. 


Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting. 
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and LMS software. Experience with BambooHR is a plus.
