Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Home Health Aide who is a 5-Star Caregiver to provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.
 
- Dependable: Arrives on time, ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.
 - Thorough: Attentively follows designated care-plans, taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.
 - Observant: Aware of a client’s unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes, whether behavioral, physical, social, or psychological as they pertain to a client’s overall health and well-being.
 - Clear & Concise: Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client, and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
 - Follow-Through: Communicates with Management, ensuring that all issues, updates, changes, and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.

- Must have valid Driver's license.

- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house

 - Perform light housekeeping duties
 - Be a pleasant and supportive companion
 - Report any unusual incidents
 - Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergences
