JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!
The Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!
- Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
- Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
- Oversees the shipping and receiving functions.
- Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
- Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
- Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold.
- Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies.
- Assists with personnel hiring, employee retention, team building and training.
- This position oversees the entire facility.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!
- Community Association Management License required (LCAM)
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or related field required.
- 3-5 years prior portfolio Community Association Management Experience.
- 2-3 years Leadership experience
- Occasional travel may be required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!
- This is a largely sedentary role; Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs
