We’re currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Advocate to join our Property & Casualty Division. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

As a Claims Advocate, you’ll serve as a trusted liaison between our clients and insurance carriers. You’ll ensure that every claim is handled with precision, care, and urgency. Your role is critical in delivering the superior service our clients expect and deserve.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advocating for clients throughout the claims process
• Ensuring claims are thoroughly investigated and properly reserved
• Identifying opportunities to mitigate losses
• Resolving issues and facilitating communication between clients and carriers
• Leveraging our extensive resources to simplify the claims experience for clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation, Claims, or Insurance is essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A client-first mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships
