Here is an opportunity to come and join us as an Account Manager! Our office is located in Franklin, WI, however new hires may work remotely in Wisconsin or Minnesota.
The Account Manager develops relationships with food and beverage HR and hiring managers to sell Kinsa Group’s contingent and retained recruitment services to existing clients, prospects, and target companies for management, director, and senior executive-level positions.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE (detailed job description attached)
- As part of the business development team, provide input on and implement strategy to sell Kinsa services
- Establish and maintain relationships with food and beverage companies through regular contacts via phone and email
- Understand, assess, and professionally respond to each company’s hiring needs
- Manage accounts with accurate documentation, such as fee agreements and new job order entry
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree and four+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, direct placement, and executive level a plus and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer competitive compensation for this full-time, exempt position, which includes a base salary, a generous commission plan, additional monthly incentives, and full benefits (see below). Starting pay includes an increased guaranteed pay for six months while commissions are established. Commission is based on net revenue generated and is paid out semi-monthly. High potential with no cap on commission!
For example: Guaranteed $6,250/month for the first six months, then base of $53,000/annually plus commission and additional monthly incentive pay.
