Treasury Execution Manager
Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

In the role of Treasury Execution Manager, you will be responsible for all daily trading activity and reporting for NAE Group companies.
The role:
As Treasury Execution Manager your focus will be:
- Prepare and maintain a 12-week rolling liquidity forecast at Group level.
- Optimise yield on surplus cash across multiple currencies within policy guidelines.
- Support regional treasury teams with liquidity planning and execution.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity reports.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for trading and risk activities.
- Act as the main contact for internal/external audit queries related to front office operations.
- Manage relationships with banking and external partners.
- Execute FX and interest rate products to achieve best outcomes.
- Recommend hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with Group Treasury Policy.
- Review and implement treasury tech and banking services.
- Maximise use of Treasury Management Systems and trading platforms for efficient processing.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- A strong and proven background on pricing and trading financial products across FX and Interest rates for both developed, emerging, as well as frontier markets.
- Proven financial risk management experience across all disciplines.
- Strong understanding of banking practices and solutions such as cash pooling structures and managing cash and liquidity in complex jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management and Regional Finance teams in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to build credibility and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced Treasury Finance professional, with PQE experience and a solid record, underpinned by relevant Treasury and/or accounting qualifications (ACT/AMCT and/or CIMA/ACCA/ACA or similar).
- Proven treasury management experience in a geographically diverse multinational group, with experience operating at a group level, with in depth knowledge of global banking and payment networks.
- Knowledgeable and literate with ERP (NAV BC), EPM (OneStream) and TMS (FIS Integrity).
- Track record of operating in a treasury transformation environment, and developing and implementing new operating procedures / SOPs.
- Maintaining a robust control environment in a geographically diversified organisation.
- Strong commercial background and understanding of drivers of trading performance.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and BI for producing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
