Job Summary:
Baerlocher USA headquartered in Cincinnati, OH is looking for dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring quality. This position will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues related to product quality, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and continuously improving manufacturing processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists technical staff in developing new test methods
- Manages and conducts product development projects with support from senior technical staff
- Manages the daily activities of the quality lab.
- Cleans, maintains, and calibrates quality lab equipment as needed
- Prepares samples for internal testing
- Performs testing as needed for production issues
- Responsible for adhering to the Quality Management System
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills along with attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understand and implements good laboratory practices
- Understands and adheres to the ISO and Quality Management programs

Education/Relevant Industry Experience
Minimum:
- BS (or equivalent) in Chemistry or Biology, or a related degree
