We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.
We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!
Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.
The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.
The role
In this role, you’ll be the face of the till point and a stock champion.
- Spend most of your time serving customers at the till point, ensuring every interaction is warm, friendly, and memorable.
- Share your passion for our products, talking confidently about our ranges, values, and in-store services to help meet store targets and make people’s days.
- Engage with customers on the shop floor — greeting, chatting, and identifying their needs before confidently handing over to a sales team member for a full consultation.
- Represent our ethics and values by talking about our campaigns, charity products, and the ways we aim to make the world a better place — collectively and individually.
- Manage and process stock efficiently, including deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation. This will involve a considerable amount of manual handling and data processing.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and reflective of seasonal trends. You’ll receive clear guidance but also have room to use your initiative.
- Communicate effectively with your team — asking for help when needed, giving clear handovers, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Support your teammates, sharing responsibilities and working collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive, and productive environment.
- Take direction and feedback well, using it as an opportunity to learn and grow throughout your time with us.
With flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate based on the Living Wage, and opportunities for bonuses, you’ll be well-supported through training and development to grow your skills.
