The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented insurance professional to join our Boise Metro Commercial team in Meridian, ID as a Claims Coordinator.
How you will make an impact at TPG
The primary role of the Claims Coordinator is to serve as the first point of contact for insureds and claimants, ensuring claims are reported accurately and handled efficiently. This individual will advocate for clients with carriers, provide timely updates, and support the broader Commercial Lines team - ultimately helping us deliver on our service commitments and strengthen client relationships.
A typical day in this role
- Serve as the first point of contact for insureds and claimants.
- Report new claims to carriers and update the agency management system (AMS).
- Share claim numbers and adjuster details with clients.
- Collect and organize supporting documents (photos, reports, estimates, medical bills).
- Monitor claim progress, advocate for clients, and ensure prompt carrier responses.
- Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, and Claims leadership on client updates and reports.
Key details
Location: Meridian, ID; in-office with hybrid remote opportunities
Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 annually (DOE)
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
Travel: Minimal, if any
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table
- Active Property & Casualty license or claims adjuster license (required)
- At least 1 year of commercial lines insurance experience, preferably with carrier adjusting or multi-line claims exposure (property claims experience a strong plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain coverage clearly and empathetically to clients
- Demonstrated ability to stay calm and professional when handling sensitive or stressful client situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating carrier systems and online tools
- A high level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail

- Prior carrier adjusting experience and/or direct property claims handling
- Strong analytical skills with experience compiling claims data or performing loss trend analysis
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining accuracy
